My physical card was lost/stolen

In the event that your physical card is misplaced, you have two options to choose from:

  1. You can freeze it temporarily if you believe that you may find it soon. This option allows you to unfreeze and use it at your convenience.
  2. You can cancel the card permanently if you are confident that it is lost. 

You can access both options on the app, and if you need a new card, you can request a new one anytime for 15 SGD plus taxes.
