Why can't I receive my OTP to my phone?

Can't receive phone OTP for card transactions

If you are unable to receive OTP for card transactions, kindly log in to your Aspire account and reach out to our Support Team by clicking on the button located at the lower right corner of your screen. Our team will assist you in raising this concern with our card provider.

Can't receive phone OTP for other actions on the Aspire account 


If your phone number is registered under the Country Codes below, the OTP code will be sent to your registered email address instead. This is because Aspire cannot send OTPs to phone numbers listed in the country codes below. 

Vietnam (+84) Yemen (+967) Iran (+98) South Sudan (+211)
China (+86) Jordan (+962) Iraq (+964) Sudan (+249)
Sri Lanka (+94) Azerbaijan (+994) Russia (+7) Cambodia (+855)

If your phone number is not registered in the country codes above, please refer to the troubleshooting guide below. 

Troubleshooting Guide

If you haven't received The phone OTP code, it might be delayed due to network issues. We suggest you click "Resend OTP" after 30 seconds.  

If you still cannot receive OTP to your phone number, you may request to deliver the OTP to your registered email address instead: 

  1. After the phone OTP is triggered, please wait for 30 seconds
  2. Choose "Get it via Email instead" 
  3. Open your email inbox and enter the OTP code

By any chance you did not receive the OTP code to your registered email address, please reach out to our Support team via the Aspire app.
