What is the OTP delivery method for my Aspire account?

An OTP process is used to add an additional layer of authentication to our services in order to safeguard the critical activities that are performed by valid users of your Aspire account.

When an OTP is required, by default, Aspire will send the OTP to User's registered Email ID.

You can also change your OTP preference from Email to SMS by following these steps:
  1. Go to "Settings"
  2. Click on "Security"
  3. Click on "Change Default OTP delivery method"

Please note that mobile numbers registered in China, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, UAE, Yemen, Jordon, Azerbaijan, Iran, Iraq, Russia, South Sudan and Sudan cannot receive their OTPs via SMS. The default OTP delivery method will be Email.



  • OTP delivery methods may differ according to the user's actions.
  • If you intend to change your password, OTPs will be sent to your email address regardless of your preference.
  • Email or SMS OTPs will be triggered for the purposes of login and transactions, depending on your preference.
