How to create a budget?

Admin users can create budgets in the Aspire Account.

Create budgets for projects, clients or teams, and set spending limits and controls to prevent overspending.

To create a budget in your Aspire Account, follow the steps and video below:

  1. Login to your Aspire account
  2. Click on "Budgets", under the "Spend" section on the left-hand side 
  3. Click on the blue "? new budget" on the top right-hand side 
  4. Enter the particulars of your budget. Budget name, purpose and add a budget icon, if you wish
  5. Click "Continue"
  6. Add the spend limit
  7. Set the frequency, will this be a one-time budget or recurring? (recurring can be monthly or quarterly)
  8. Set the expiry date (optional) and set the source of funds for this budget. (SGD, USD or Advance Limit)
  9. Click "Continue" 
  10. Assign Budget Owners. Click "Continue" then "View budget"
