Why I can't see the sender's name in my incoming transfers?

Incoming transfers to your IDR account will not display the sender's name. Currently, this is a limitation that affects all payment provider companies in Indonesia due to the limited APIs provided by the regulators to non-bank institutions. 

As an alternative solution, if you are expecting a transfer from your customer, you can use our Payment Link feature. This will enable you to capture your customer's details and track which customer payments have been paid in real-time.
