How to update my registered email address?

You can update your registered email address by going to the Settings page.

Follow the steps below to update your registered email address:

Via Desktop

1. Click on the  ⚙️ icon
2. Click on Personal details 
3. Click on the "Update" button next to the email address detail
4. Perform the security checks, which include inserting your password, the One Time Password (OTP), and the security questions
5. Proceed to input and verify your new email address

Via Mobile

1. Click on the "Menu" button located on the lower side of the screen
2. Click on the  ⚙️ icon
3. Click on Personal details 
4. Click on the "Update" button next to the email address detail
5. Perform the security checks, which include inserting the PIN number or biometric scan, the One Time Password (OTP), and the security questions
6. Proceed to input and verify your new email address

Do note that changing personal details will require extra security steps.
