How to view the sender name of a PayNow transfer?

For PayNow transfers, the sending party needs to include their name in the transfer reference.

Note: You will need to activate PayNow for your account to use this feature.

PayNow is a secure funds transfer service that allows customers to receive money into their bank account. With PayNow, you can receive funds easily through a downloadable QR code to show to your customers. Additionally, your account has a Virtual Payment Address (VPA) that allows you to receive monies securely and without hassle.

Aspire's PayNow feature support receiving funds from several widely used payment applications.

Due to user interface differences among the supported apps above, some incoming transfers may not show the name of the sending party in your account's transaction history.

We suggest that you:

  1. Make sure the sending party includes their name in the comments or description when making the PayNow transfer.
  2. Their name will appear in the reference field of your transaction.
