IDR Account Opening Guide for non-Indonesian Incorporated Companies

 

Notes:

  • For non-ID incorporated companies to open an IDR Account, one of the Directors must be an Indonesian, or one of the Directors must reside in Indonesia. 
  • All submitted documents must be in picture format (jpg or png) or digital documents. Scans are not accepted
  • We may also ask additional questions depending on your company structure/industry.

Mandatory Documents/ Information

For businesses registered in any of our supported countries, kindly prepare the mandatory documents that you will need when opening an Aspire IDR account:

  1. Business Registration Certificate
  2. 1 Director's ID
  3. UBO's (Ultimate Beneficial Ownership) ID
  4. Proof of Business (Website, Signed investment agreement etc.)
  5. KITAS (Indonesia VISA) or if you have an Indonesia Director, you can submit their KTP instead
  6. Letter of Authorization completed by a company director if the account opening is done by a non-director
