IDR Account Opening Guide for non-Indonesian Incorporated Companies
Notes:
- For non-ID incorporated companies to open an IDR Account, one of the Directors must be an Indonesian, or one of the Directors must reside in Indonesia.
- All submitted documents must be in picture format (jpg or png) or digital documents. Scans are not accepted.
- We may also ask additional questions depending on your company structure/industry.
Mandatory Documents/ Information
For businesses registered in any of our supported countries, kindly prepare the mandatory documents that you will need when opening an Aspire IDR account:
- Business Registration Certificate
- 1 Director's ID
- UBO's (Ultimate Beneficial Ownership) ID
- Proof of Business (Website, Signed investment agreement etc.)
- KITAS (Indonesia VISA) or if you have an Indonesia Director, you can submit their KTP instead
- Letter of Authorization completed by a company director if the account opening is done by a non-director
