There are 2 things your sender could do :

  1. Add XXX at the end of the SWIFT code and try again. eg - try TCCLGB31XXX instead of TCCLGB31
  2. Manually fill the details. A bank may have a lookup with a SWIFT code but if it does not work, please ask the sender to fill the details manually and proceed with the transfer.
