I'm having trouble sending transfers from my Aspire USD account

Why am I not seeing the "Make a transfer" button?

One reason why the "Make a transfer" button is not visible on your end is that your Aspire account may be put on hold. Aspire account constantly reviews all accounts to ensure it's aligned with our internal policies.

I'm receiving an error message when adding a new beneficiary

This error can occur if you enter incorrect beneficiary account details. Check the table below for error messages and solutions to proceed with your transfer:

Issues with Account Number, Bank Code and Country Code

Issues with Recipient Bank Account (unable to proceed with transfer)
