What happens when my Aspire account is frozen or put on hold?

Your Aspire account may be frozen or put on hold. This is due to our regular reviews and checks of all accounts to ensure it's aligned with our internal policies. You can check section 4 of our Debit Account Terms and Conditions.

When your account is put on hold, you won't be able to process money-out transfers and make card transactions. You will be notified via email if this happens.
