I initiated a SWIFT transfer with incorrect beneficiary details from my Aspire GBP Account

If you have initiated a transfer with incorrect beneficiary details, we recommend that you wait for the beneficiary bank to reject the transfer and return the funds. Subsequently, you can re-initiate the transfer with the correct details.

Our payment partner is unable to make any amendments to the details of SWIFT transfers. However, they can respond to any queries received via MT199 messages on the SWIFT network.

Aspire is not liable for any fees incurred in the process of rejection and return of funds due to wrong transfer details.
