How to request an Audit Confirmation Letter for my Aspire Debit Account?

To get a copy of your Audit Confirmation Letter, Admin users should contact our Support Team via the Aspire app, and confirm the following details:

  • Year and month of required balance record on the letter:
  • From which account (SGD and/or Aspire Loan):

Finance users

When contacting our Support Team, please include the registered email address of the account Admin on your email for our team to process the request.

Auditors (not registered on the Aspire account)

You may directly ask the Admin of the Aspire account to get in touch with us and request this document.

You may also contact our support team to request this. Make sure to include the registered email address of the account Admin on your email and attach a signed authorization letter from the Admin for our team to process your request.

Please allow our team to get back to you within 24 hours to provide the requested letter.
