How to report a bug?

If you experience any bugs on our website or mobile application, follow the steps by steps below:

Desktop version

  1. Login to your Aspire App
  2. Click on "Help" on the top bar 
  3. Choose "Report a Bug"

  4. Fill out the form, and click on Submit.

Mobile app version: 

  1. Open the Aspire App
  2. Click on Menu 
  3. Scroll down to Help, and choose Report a bug

  4. Fill out the form, and click on Submit.

This will help us collect all relevant details and notify the technical support team for investigation. They will reach out to you within one business day.
