How to modify a scheduled outbound transfer on IDR Account?

Admin, Finance Transfer & Submit users can edit or modify the scheduled local outbound transfer from IDR Account.

You may follow our step-by-step guide below or watch our video guide:

  • Via desktop 
    1. On the left side of the page, go to "Transactions"
    2. Click the "Upcoming" tab if the transaction has been approved or the "Pending" Tab, if the transaction still needs approval from the users under Transfer Approval Policy
    3. Choose the scheduled transfer you want to modify
    4. Click on "Manage Transfer", then select "Modify Transfer"
    5. Change the transfer details, then click "Next" to review the details. If all is good, click "Confirm"

  • Via Mobile App
    1. On the lower part of the page, click "Menu"
    2. Click "Transactions" under the Overview section
    3. Click the "Upcoming" tab if the transaction has been approved or the "Pending" Tab, if the transaction still needs approval from the users under the Transfer Approval Policy
    4. Choose the scheduled transfer you want to modify
    5. Click on "Manage Transfer", then select "Modify Transfer"
    6. Change the transfer details, then click "Next" to review the details. If all is good, click "Confirm".
