How to modify a scheduled outbound transfer on IDR Account?
Admin, Finance Transfer & Submit users can edit or modify the scheduled local outbound transfer from IDR Account.
You may follow our step-by-step guide below or watch our video guide:
- Via desktop
- On the left side of the page, go to "Transactions"
- Click the "Upcoming" tab if the transaction has been approved or the "Pending" Tab, if the transaction still needs approval from the users under Transfer Approval Policy
- Choose the scheduled transfer you want to modify
- Click on "Manage Transfer", then select "Modify Transfer"
- Change the transfer details, then click "Next" to review the details. If all is good, click "Confirm"
- Via Mobile App
- On the lower part of the page, click "Menu"
- Click "Transactions" under the Overview section
- Click the "Upcoming" tab if the transaction has been approved or the "Pending" Tab, if the transaction still needs approval from the users under the Transfer Approval Policy
- Choose the scheduled transfer you want to modify
- Click on "Manage Transfer", then select "Modify Transfer"
- Change the transfer details, then click "Next" to review the details. If all is good, click "Confirm".
