At Aspire, we value your account security. You may enable this feature to add an extra verification step every time you log in.
Admin Users
You have the option to either enable the 2-step verification (6-digit PIN + Email OTP) for your login or the login of ALL users on your Aspire account:
Via Desktop version:

- Click the
"Settings" button on the upper right of the page
- Choose "Security"
- Under the "2-step verification for login" section, tick the toggle button for "Organisation" if you want to enable/disable this feature for all users under your Aspire account.
- Tick the toggle button for "Personal" if you only want to enable/disable this feature for yourself.

- Click the "Menu" button on the lower part of the screen
- Head down to the "Settings" section, then choose "Security"
- Under the "2-step verification for login" section, tick the toggle button for "Organisation" if you want to enable/disable this feature for all users under your Aspire account.
- Tick the toggle button for "Personal" if you only want to enable/disable this feature for yourself.
Note: If the 2-step verification has been activated for the whole organisation, individual finance and employee users won't be able to disable this on their end.
Finance and Employee Users
You can activate the 2-step verification (6-digit PIN + Email OTP) for your login:
