How to top up GoPay account using IDR account?

 

Notes: Your Aspire IDR Virtual Accounts cannot be added as a bank account in GoPay. In any scenario where the VA is detected, it will be under the name of PT Kharisma Catur Mandala, instead of your business's name. 

Admin, Finance with transfer rights, and Finance with submit-only users can top-up GoPay using the Aspire IDR account. We have placed the step-by-step process below:

  • Via Desktop
    1. From the homepage, click "IDR Account" under the My accounts section
    2. Select "Make a transfer", then click "New recipient"
    3. Select CIMB Bank from the "Bank code" dropdown
    4. Under the "Account number", enter the bank code 2849 + phone number registered with GoPay (e.g. 28490000123456789)
    5. Click "Verify", and the "Account holder name" field will populate automatically (you may change the account holder name)
    6. Place the necessary transfer details, then click "Next". If all transfer details are good, click "Confirm" to proceed.
  • Via Mobile App
    1. On the upper part of the screen, click "IDR Account"
    2. Select "Make a transfer", then click "New recipient"
    3. Select CIMB Bank from the "Bank code" dropdown
    4. Under the "Account number", enter the bank code 2849 + phone number registered with GoPay (e.g. 28490000123456789)
    5. Click "Verify", and the "Account holder name" field will populate automatically (you may change the account holder name)
    6. Place the necessary transfer details, then click "Next". If all transfer details are good, click "Confirm" to proceed.
