How can I activate my USD account?


Note: Companies incorporated in Russia are NOT eligible for a USD account with Aspire for the time being. Click here to see the countries of incorporation that can open a USD account.

If you already have an Aspire SGD/IDR account

You can request to activate your USD account by following the steps below. We have also placed a video guide for your reference:

  • Under the 'My Accounts' portion of the Home page, click the "Open account in a new currency
  • Click on "USD Account", then hit "Open USD account"

We will contact you via email if additional information is required to open the USD account. It usually takes about 2 to 3 business days to process your application.

Don't have an Aspire account yet?

As long as your business is incorporated in Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand and Hong Kong*, you can request to activate a USD account. Please proceed to our website and click "Open Account" in the upper right part of the page to sign up.

    The process is straightforward and usually takes 2 to 3 business days to activate your account. For more information on the documents required to create an account, please refer to the page What documents do I need to open an account?

      * If your company is incorporated in Hong Kong, please contact Customer Support for further details on your Aspire account opening.
