How to withdraw funds out of my IDR Account?

Our IDR Account allows you to make timely transfers to business recipients without hassle.

Please follow the steps below to transfer funds to an IDR recipient:

• In the "Make a transfer" screen, create a new recipient and input the account details for the beneficiary. You can also select an existing IDR recipient.
• Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and confirm the transfer.

Each transaction has a different settlement time based on the amount in the transfer and the recipient bank. Transfers under IDR 50,000,000 arrive instantly. Transfers over IDR 50,000,000 arrive instantly or within 1 working day depending on the recipient’s bank. You’ll be shown how long your transfer will take when you enter the amount.

Why can't I create a new recipient?

If you are encountering an issue with creating a new recipient with your IDR Account, please make sure you have topped up the balance with at least Rp 10,000.00. This ensures that the IDR Account is set up properly and ready to be used.
