How to send transfers from DBS USD Account?
Please note that you are
not able to make an outbound transfer
in-app. To send a transaction:
- Log in to your Aspire account and click on "Request a transfer" button or straightly access this "Transfer Request Form"
- Place the details of your intended outbound transfer. On the "You are*" field, choose the "Sender" option. You may select both if you are both the sender and receiver.
- Aspire will contact you based on the email provided to verify if you are the authorised requestor.
- Aspire will contact you to agree on any rates if an FX conversion/Cross border transfer is involved.
- Once you have agreed on the transfer, Aspire will initiate the transfer for you.
Reminders:
- Transfers will only be processed once the form has been completed
- Cut-off time is 5 PM SGT, Mon-Fri (excluding Singapore public holidays)
