      How do I reset my pin?

      If you need to reset your pin, you can do so by following the instructions below:

      1. Go to our log in page
      2. Click on Forgot Pin? in blue on the bottom right-hand side

      3. Enter your registered email address & click on next 
      4. An OTP will be sent to your email. Collect those digits and put them in
      5. Fill out the security questions
      6. Set up a new 6 Digit Pin 
      7. Congratulations, you have now set up a new PIN successfully.

      If you ever need to change it, you can go into the Security Settings to do so.
