Are there any restrictions on IDR Accounts?

Temporarily, the following services are not available for your IDR account:

  • Sending foreign currency payments abroad via the App. However, we provide an alternative solution via by clicking Request Transfer

Sending foreign currency via app: 

At this time, some Aspire clients are participating in the Beta Phase for sending foreign currency via the app. If you would like to join our Beta Phase, please contact our Customer Care team with the following information:

  • When do you want to send the transfer
  • Currency and Country you want to send the funds to

Note: During the Beta phase, you may encounter some challenges. However, our Product team is prepared to address any issues you may face based on the feedback you provide.
