# How to receive transfers to my DBS USD Account?

 To receive any transactions:

1. Fill up this [Transfer Request Form](https://hs.aspireapp.com/transfer-request?hsLang=en) with the details of your incoming transfer. On the "**You are\***" field, make sure to choose the "**Receiver**" option. You may select both if you are both the sender and receiver.
2. Aspire will contact you based on the email provided to verify if you are the authorised requestor.
3. Aspire will contact you to agree on any rates if an FX conversion/Cross border transfer is involved.
4. Once you have agreed on the transfer, you may share your DBS USD Account details with your client/sender, for them to initiate the transfer.

**Reminders:**

- Transfers will only be processed once the form has been completed
- Cut-off time is **5 PM SGT, Mon-Fri** (*excluding Singapore public holidays*)
