How to delete saved recipient details

Account details of the customers you transferred to will be saved under the "Recipients" List.

To delete a recipient record:

  • Aspire Website
    • Go to "Directory" on the lower left 
    • Click "Recipients"
    • Search for the recipient record you want to delete
    • Click the three-dotted button located on the right side of their name
    • Hit the "Delete" button
  • Aspire Mobile App
    • Click "Menu" on the lower part of the page
    • Scroll down to the Directory section
    • Click "Recipients"
    • Search for the recipient record you want to delete
    • Click the three-dotted button located on the right side of their name
    • Hit the "Delete" button

Only Admin & Finance Roles can delete recipient records. Editing a recipient record has yet to be made available. We suggest you delete the existing record and create a new one with their updated details.
