You may enable this feature to add an extra verification step every time you log in. #### Admin Users You have the option to either enable the 2-step verification (6-digit PIN + Email OTP) for your login or the login of ALL users on your Aspire account: **Via Desktop version:** - 1. Choose "**Security**" 3. Under the "**2-step verification for login**" section, tick the toggle button for "**Organisation**" if you want to enable/disable this feature for all users under your Aspire account. 4. Tick the toggle button for "**Personal**" if you only want to enable/disable this feature for yourself. **Via Mobile App** - 1. Click the "**Menu**" button on the lower part of the screen 2. Head down to the "**Settings**" section, then choose "**Security**" 3. Under the "**2-step verification for login**" section, tick the toggle button for "**Organisation**" if you want to enable/disable this feature for all users under your Aspire account. 4. Tick the toggle button for "**Personal**" if you only want to enable/disable this feature for yourself. **Note:** If the 2-step verification has been activated for the whole organisation, individual finance and employee users won't be able to disable this on their end.  #### Finance and Employee Users You can activate the 2-step verification (6-digit PIN + Email OTP) for your login: **Via Desktop version:** - 1.
