[Bills](https://support.aspireapp.com/migration/trial/spend-management?hsLang=en#bills) # How do I pay overseas bills via Aspire App? ## With Aspire, you can pay bills in over 50+ currencies! Follow the steps below to payout your overseas bills. **Overseas bills** would be invoices/ bills that are billed in other currencies other than your main account (SGD or USD accounts). With Aspire, we will payout your bills adjusting to the invoice's currency. Follow the steps below to pay your bills in overseas currencies:  1. Log in to your Aspire account 2. Upload your bill/ invoice 5. We are working to make this possible by 2023. 7. Select the **Source of funds** that will be used to pay out the bill 9. Select or create a new **recipient details** 10. After filling the recipient details, you will be notified with the amount of fund that will be sent in your **home currency**, and the amount that will be received in the **recipient's currency**  ![](https://support.aspireapp.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/image-png-Apr-28-2023-07-37-31-7947-AM-1-1.png?width=373&height=316&name=image-png-Apr-28-2023-07-37-31-7947-AM-1-1.png) Aspire will also inform you about the **charge fee** and **exchange rate** (3x cheaper than Banks!) 11. Click on **Continue** to proceed with **paying the bill immediately** or **Save as draft** if you want to **pay it at another time.** 15. **Review** your bill. Once you are sure, click on **Submit** 16. If you are an **Admin or Finance with transfer rights**, you can click on **Approve** or **Reject**. ![](https://support.aspireapp.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/image-png-Apr-28-2023-07-42-12-8470-AM-1-1.png?width=381&height=76&name=image-png-Apr-28-2023-07-42-12-8470-AM-1-1.png)  Other than those users, you will need to wait for approvals by an **Admin or Finance with transfer rights** or other users under the **Approval flow** that has been set by your company. 17. The last step is to **pay the invoice**.
