# Bagaimana cara menerima transfer ke akun DBS USD saya?

 Untuk menerima transaksi apa pun:

1. Isi  [Transfer Request Form](https://hs.aspireapp.com/transfer-request?hsLang=en) ini  dengan rincian transfer masuk Anda. Pada kolom **You are\*** pastikan untuk memilih opsi **Receiver**. Anda dapat memilih keduanya jika Anda adalah pengirim dan penerima
2. Aspire akan menghubungi Anda berdasarkan email yang diberikan untuk memverifikasi apakah Anda adalah pemohon resmi. Selain itu, Aspire juga akan menghubungi Anda untuk menyetujui tarif, jika melibatkan konversi FX/Transfer lintas batas
3. Di sini, Aspire akan bekerja sama dengan mitra untuk memproses transfer masuk Anda. Setelah transfer disetujui oleh mitra, Aspire akan memberikan rincian akun mitra yang dapat Anda berikan ke penerima Anda
4. Setelah mitra menerima dana dari penerima Anda, mereka akan mengirimkan dana tersebut ke akun Aspire DBS USD Anda.

**Catatan:** 

- Transfer hanya akan diproses setelah formulir diisi
- Waktu cut-off adalah **16:00 WIB, Senin - Jumat** (tidak termasuk hari libur nasional Singapura)
