# How to add/edit our company's Terms and Conditions on the invoice?
**Admin and Finance users** can update the Terms and Conditions shown on the invoice in-app. We have placed the step-by-step process for your reference:
- **Aspire Desktop Version**
1. Go to"**Invoicing Tab**"
2. Click the  button on the upper right of the page
3. Select "**Receivables Settings**"
4. Type in your updated Terms and Conditions under the **Terms and conditions** section
5. Hit "**Save changes**" once done
- **Aspire Mobile App**
1. Click "**Menu**" on the bottom part of the page
2. Scroll down to "**Receive Payments**" section, then click "**Invoicing**"
3. Click the  button on the upper part of the page
4. Select "**Receivables Settings**"
5. Type in your updated Terms and Conditions under the **Terms and conditions** section
6. Hit "**Save changes**" once done
