# Guide to Analytics Page
The analytics page in your Aspire account provides a comprehensive overview of all your financial data, allowing you to easily track and analyze your finances. Read the article below to learn more.
### User's roles functionality
- **Admin & Finance users**: Can view all of the business's financial data in Analytics
- **Budget Owners (Employee)**: Can only view the business's financial data that is linked to their budget
- **Employee users**: Can only view the business's financial data that is related to their transactions.
### Analytics Glossary
Refer to the guide below for details about the Aspire's Analytics Page.
#### **Funds**
High level view of the business's financial cash flow.
| **Term** | **Definition** |
| --- | --- |
| Opening Account Balance | Amount of funds in the beginning of the selected time period |
| Closing Account Balance | Amount of funds by the end of the selected time period |
| Net Change | The difference of amount between Closing Account Balance and Opening Account Balance |
#### **Money in**
Graph and bar chart view of all inbound transactions. Users can also breakdown the Money In analytics by Category, Counterparty, Accounts, Transaction Type, and Money In channel.
| **Term** | **Definition** |
| --- | --- |
| Category | Breakdown of Money In analytics based the Category that has been tagged to the inbound transactions. |
| Counterparty | Breakdown of Money In analytics based the Counterparties that have sent the funds. |
| Accounts | Breakdown of Money In analytics based on the amount received in available debit accounts. |
| Transaction Type | Breakdown of Money In analytics based on FX or local transactions. |
| Money In channel | Breakdown of Money In analytics based on the methods in receiving the funds: Transfers, Invoices, Payment links. |
#### Money Out
Graph and bar chart view of all outbound transactions. Users can also breakdown the Money In analytics by Category, Counterparty, Accounts, Transaction Type, Access Role, User, Budget, and Expense Channel.

| --- | --- |
| Category | Breakdown of Money Out analytics based the Category that has been tagged to the outbound transactions. |
| Counterparty | Breakdown of Money Out analytics based the Counterparties that have received the funds. |
| Accounts | Breakdown of Money Out analytics based on the debit accounts used as the source of funds. |
| Transaction Type | Breakdown of Money Out analytics based on FX or local transactions. |
| Access Role | Breakdown of Money Out analytics based on the user roles who have made the outbound transactions. |
| Users | Breakdown of Money Out analytics based on the users who have made the outbound transactions. |
| Budget | Breakdown of Money Out analytics based the Budget that has been tagged to the outbound transactions. |
| Expense Channel | Breakdown of Money In analytics based on the methods in sending the funds: Transfers, cards, claims and bills. |
#### Receivables
Analytics of all transactions related to Invoices and Payment Links.
| **Term** | **Definition** |
| --- | --- |
| Total Outstanding | Total amount of funds that has not been paid by the customers (Due and Overdue included). |
| Due | Total amount of funds that is due within the time period. |
| Overdue | Total amount of funds that have surpassed the time period. |
| Paid | Total amount of funds that have been paid by the customers. |
**Total Receivables Over Time**
Total amount of funds received via Invoices and Payment Links in certain time period.

| --- | --- |
| Status | Breakdown of Receivables analytics based on the status of the Invoice or Payment Links. |
| Counterparty | Breakdown of Receivables analytics based on the customers to whom the Invoice or Payment Links have been sent. |
| Receivables Currency | Breakdown of Receivables analytics based on the currency used in the Invoices or Payment Links. |
**Total outstanding over Ageing**
Total amount of funds that are Due or Overdue in a certain time period.

| --- | --- |
| Counterparty | Breakdown of Receivables analytics based on the customers to whom the Invoice or Payment Links have been sent. |
| Receivables Currency | Breakdown of Receivables analytics based on the currency used in the Invoices or Payment Links. |
#### Bills
Analytics of all transactions related to Bills.
| **Term** | **Definition** |
| --- | --- |
| Total Outstanding | Total amount of funds that has not been paid by the customers (Due and Overdue included). |
| Due | Total amount of funds that is due within the time period. |
| Overdue | Total amount of funds that have surpassed the time period. |
| Paid | Total amount of funds that have been paid by the customers. |
**Total bills over Time and Accounts**
Total amount of funds that was sent via bills.

| Status | Breakdown of Bills analytics based on the status of the Bills. |
| Budget | Breakdown of Bills analytics based the Budget that has been tagged to the Bills. |
| Vendor | Breakdown of Bills analytics based the vendor that have sent the bills. |
| Accounts | Breakdown of Bills analytics based on the debit accounts used to pay the Bills. |
