Why was my account closed by Aspire?

In rare occasions, we may need to close your account for reasons outside of our control.
If this happens, we will notify you by email with appropriate instructions on the next steps.
Rest assured that our teams will ensure your money is returned to you.

Funds can be returned to one of the following accounts:
  • Account in the name of the business
  • Account in the name of the UBO
  • Account in the name of the Director
We will need bank account details and an account statement for us to return the funds to the account of your choice.
Once we receive the necessary supporting documents, we will process the refunds within 7-10 working days.
