Safety and Security
Why has my PIN changed to a password?
From April 2023, all new Aspire customers will be required to set an alphanumeric password instead of a 6-digit PIN.
This is for the safety and security of your Aspire Account.
The rollout begins with new customers in April, with existing customers expected to change their pins to alphanumeric passwords by July 2023.
If you're an existing customer and need to change your PIN or you forget your PIN, you will be required to set up an alphanumeric password instead of a PIN, regardless of the date.
What are the new requirements for my password?
To make your account as secure as possible, your password must contain the following:
- Min 9 Characters
- 1 Upper Case letter
- 1 Lower Case Letter
- 1 Number
- 1 Special Character
- Users cannot use their previous password as a new password
- Password cannot contain consecutive numbers or alphabets (e.g: 123, 456) or consecutive alphabets (e.g: abc, def)
How to change your PIN to Password:
First Method:Click on "Forgot PIN?" button on the log-in page
- Go to Settings in your account and click on "Security"
- Click "Change Login PIN to alphanumeric password" then follow user flow
