      Where is my card refund?

      Card refunds from merchants can take up to 2 weeks to 1 month before they are returned to us. Once the funds are returned, we can make this refund to your account. 

      Note: 

      • For some merchants, you may initially receive partial refunds, followed by the remaining amount shortly after.
      • If you have not received your refund after 1 month, please reach out to our Care team by logging into the app.
