Where do I find my subscription and billing information?
Admin and Finance users can view the subscription and billing information in-app. To do this, you may follow the steps by steps below:
- Log in to your Aspire Account
- Click on the settings ⚙️ button in the top right-hand corner
- Click on Billing
- You will be taken to your Billing Dashboard, where you can:
- View current plan
- View upcoming invoice amount
- View the due date for next payment
- View the features included in your subscription plan
- View your subscription's cost breakdown
- Download past invoices records.
