Where can I see and submit the details needed for my SGD transfers to be credited?

Sometimes, our team requires further information and documents before we credit your transfer.

Admins and Finance users can check and submit these documents or information in-app:

  • Via Desktop 
    1. Under Pending Actions section on the left side of the home page, click "Review incoming transfers"
    2. Tap the pending transfer listed, then hit the "Enter information" button below
    3. Input/upload needed info/documents, then click "Submit"
  • Via Mobile App
    1. Click "Notifications" on the lower part of the screen
    2. Under Pending Actions section, click "Review incoming transfers"
    3. Tap the pending transfer listed, then hit the "Enter information" button below
    4. Input/upload needed info/documents, then click "Submit"

Our transactions screening team will receive and assess your submitted documents. You'll get a notification once your transfer is credited to your account.
