Where can I find the MT103/transaction receipt? (Only for outbound USD SWIFT transfers)

 

To download a MT103 or transaction receipt, follow the below steps: 

  1. Search for the transaction in your transaction history 
  2. Select the transaction you are looking for
  3. In the transaction details panel, click the download button. You will be given the option to download the MT103 or transaction receipt

Please note that only the following users are allowed to download the MT103 or transaction receipt:

  • All users who are granted permission to make or submit transfers (Admin, Finance Submit, Finance Transfer users)
  • Employees who are budget owners
