Where can I find the MT103/transaction receipt for my outbound Aspire USD SWIFT transfer?

Note: 

  • Please note that only the following users are allowed to download the MT103 or transaction receipt:
    • All users who are granted permission to make or submit transfers (Admin, Finance with transfer rights users, and Finance with submit-only rights users).
    • Employees who are budget owners
  • You may not find the MT103 if it's not a SWIFT transaction

To download an MT103 or transaction receipt, watch the video guide below or follow the steps underneath it. 

Via Desktop

  1. Login to your Aspire account 
  2. Click on Transaction, and filter down the transaction by following the format below: 
    1. Source of Fund: USD Account 
    2. Transaction Type: Debit Transaction
  3. Select the transaction you are looking for
  4. In the transaction details panel, click the download button. You will be given the option to download the MT103 or transaction receipt

Via Mobile App 

  1. Open the Aspire App
  2. Click on Transaction, and filter down the transaction by following the format below: 
    1. Source of Fund: USD Account 
    2. Transaction Type: Debit Transaction
  3. Select the transaction you are looking for
  4. In the transaction details panel, click the download button. You will be given the option to download the MT103 or transaction receipt.
