What can I do if I have been charged multiple times for the transaction?

Multiple transactions can occur when merchants send repeated transaction attempts. This can be frustrating and concerning for you. However, the good news is these transactions are not actually settled with the merchant and are normally reversed back to your card automatically within 7-14 working days.
