Which bills can I forward? Are there any limitations?

Can I submit documents instead of invoices?

We accept documents other than invoices like statements of accounts or any document supporting a payment request.

Ensure you mention the supplier account details in the statement or in your email to  bills@aspireapp.com. Don't forget to let us know if you wish to pay the full amount or a partial amount. It will default the full amount otherwise. 

What currency can be processed for Bills?

You can forward bills in any currency. We currently support the following payment types:

  1. SGD transfers through the local FAST network
  2. International transfers in any of our supported currencies
  3. USD transfers paid via ACH or SWIFT
  4. IDR local transfers
