My sender's bank cannot recognize the SWIFT Code
If your sender confirms that their sending bank cannot recognize your SWIFT code, please contact our Support team and provide the following details:
- Sending bank's name:
- Sending bank's SWIFT Code:
- Country where the sending bank is based:
Our team will coordinate with our partner bank to reach out to the said sending bank. In the meantime, our Customer Support team will provide you with alternative account details to receive your funds. Please allow our team to get back to you within 24 hours.
