I have put in the wrong account details, can I cancel or reverse the outgoing transfer?

Aspire processes the transfer as soon as you create the disbursement. Once the money is sent out, unfortunately, we cannot reverse the transaction.

Please take care to ensure that the account details, especially the account number, is correct, before submitting the payment(s).
