You can view your VPA code and share them with the sender to receive payments.
Note: You will need to activate PayNow for your account to use this feature. Please visit this page for more information.
PayNow Virtual Payment Address (VPA) is a unique identifier (e.g. UEN123456789GA00#XNAP) that can be linked to your Aspire SGD Debit account. You can receive PayNow transfers to your VPA from the sending party by providing this unique identifier number.
Simply remind the sending party to select "VPA" as the mode of transfer before entering your unique identifier into the relevant field in their banking application.
Ask them to follow these steps:
- Login to their preferred banking app and select PayNow as the transfer method
- Choose the VPA option and enter the VPA code
- Enter their name in the comments field so that the recipient could identify the sending party
- Double check the recipient name displayed, enter the amount and confirm the transfer
Do note that although the VPA looks like your UEN number, it is not the same. Your sender should not select "UEN" as the mode of transfer as it is currently not supported.
Please see the following video to locate your VPA number within the app:
Note! If your sender received an error when sending transfers using your VPA, please contact our Support Team confirming the sender's bank name & attach a screenshot of the error message.
