How to manage notification preference in Aspire?

You can adjust the notification settings for your convenience in using Aspire.

You can customize the notifications you would like to receive for notifications regarding transfers, card payments, team activity, feature updates and offers, and others.
To change your preferred notifications, please follow these steps:
  1. Go to the Settings page
  2. Click on Notifications
  3. Select from the multiple categories, click on the push button or change delivery options to edit your preferences.

Notification Preference Categories

You can customize the type of notifications you receive (SMS, Email, Push) based on the following categories.

Category Sub-category Description
Payment Outbound transfers When money gets deducted from your account
Inbound transfers When money gets added to your account
Transfer approval* When your team member sets up a transfer for your approval
Low balance reminder When your account balance falls below a customized amount from your settings
Card Card transaction When you successfully performed card transactions
Card cashback When cashback is credited into your account
Multi-user access Team activity When anyone in your team performs important actions like Funds Transfer, Card Payment, Referral Program Notification, New Card Request, etc.
Budget Budget activity When your team makes transactions on your budgets
Invoices Auto-matching When an invoice has been auto-matched with a payment
Tips and news Tips Get tips on getting the most out of Aspire products
Feature Updates and Offers Stay up-to-date with the latest features & offers

*Transfer approval: we highly recommend that at least 1 admin receives this notification in order to stay updated on your team's transfer requests. 

Mandatory Notifications

Kindly note that we will be sending you mandatory notifications out of your notification preference settings. Here are the notifications you will continue to receive from Aspire: 

  • One Time Passwords (OTPs)
  • Transaction failure notification from transfers or card payments 
  • Security and compliance-related topics
