How to request an official letter containing my Aspire USD account details?

You can download an official letter that contains your USD account details in-app which you can share with your customers.

We have placed the steps below for your guide:

  • Via Desktop
    1. Go to "Accounts" on the upper left of the page, and click "USD Account"
    2. Click "Local account details" or "SWIFT account details"
    3. Click "Share details", then choose "Download official letter"
  • Via Mobile App
    1. Click "USD Account" located on the upper part of your screen
    2. Click "Local account details" or "SWIFT account details"
    3. Click "Share details", then choose "Download official letter"

Note! If you require an official letter from our partner, CurrencyCloud, contact our Support Team. Allow our team to provide the letter within 1 business day.
