How to get an official letter containing my USD account details?
You can download an official letter that contains your USD account details in-app which you can share with your customers. We have placed the steps below for your guide:
- Aspire Website
- Go to "Accounts" on the upper left of the page, and click "USD Account"
- Click "Local account details" or "SWIFT account details"
- Click "Share details", then choose "Download official letter"
- Aspire Mobile App
- Click "USD Account" located on the upper part of your screen
- Click "Local account details" or "SWIFT account details"
- Click "Share details", then choose "Download official letter"
If you require an official letter from our partner, CurrencyCloud, contact our Customer Support. Allow our team to provide the letter within 1 business day.
