How to request an official letter containing my SGD account details?

You can download an official letter that contains your SGD account details in-app, which you can share with your customers.

We have placed the steps below for your guide:

• Via Desktop 
  
  1. Go to "Accounts" on the upper left of the page, and click "SGD Account"
  2. Click "Local account details" or "SWIFT account details"
  3. Click "Share details", then choose "Download official letter"
• Via Mobile App
  
  1. Click "SGD Account" located on the upper part of your screen
  2. Click "Local account details" or "SWIFT account details"
  3. Click "Share details", then choose "Download official letter"
