How to delete saved recipient details in my USD Account?
Account details of the customers you transferred to will be saved under the "Recipients" List.
To delete a recipient record:
- Via Desktop
- Go to "Directory" on the lower left
- Click "Recipients"
- Search for the recipient record you want to delete
- Click the three-dotted button located on the right side of their name

5. Hit the "Delete" button
- Via Mobile App
- Click "Menu" on the lower part of the page
- Scroll down to the Directory section
- Click "Recipients"
- Search for the recipient record you want to delete
- Click the three-dotted button located on the right side of their name
6. Hit the "Delete" button
Only Admin & Finance Roles can delete recipient records. Editing a recipient record has yet to be made available. We suggest you delete the existing record and create a new one with their updated details.
