      How to update my registered Mobile Number?

      You can update your registered mobile number by going to the Settings page.

      Follow the video guide or the steps below to update your registered mobile number:

      Via Desktop

      1. Click on the Settings icon at the top navigation bar and select the "Personal Details" option
      2. Click on the "Update" button next to the mobile number detail
      3. Perform the security checks, which includes inserting your password, the One Time Password (OTP), and the security questions
      4. Proceed to input and verify your new phone number

      Via Mobile App

      1. Click on the "Menu" button located on the lower side of the screen
      2. Click on the Settings icon and select the "Personal Details" option
      3. Click on the "Update" button next to the mobile number detail
      4. Perform the security checks, which includes inserting the PIN number or biometric scan, the One Time Password (OTP), and the security questions
      5. Proceed to input and verify your new phone number

      Note! Users with Chinese phone numbers (+86) will need to reach out to Support for assistance in changing the number.
