How long it takes for funds to be credited to my IDR account?

Incoming transfers via RTOL are received instantly. (Please note that the sending bank could have amount limits. When this happens, another payment method could be used)
Incoming transfers via SKN or RTGS can take up to 1 business day.

Notes:

The SKN transaction system has a cut-off time of 15:00 WIB. If your sender sends funds after 15:00 WIB, the funds will be processed on the next business day.
The RTGS transaction system has a cut-off time of 12:00 WIB (noon). If your sender sends funds after 12:00 WIB, the funds will be processed on the next business day.
At the moment, we have a limitation on receiving transfers sent through the BI FAST transaction system into your IDR account. To ensure instant transfers, we recommend suggesting your sender to use the RTOL method instead.
Please note that intermediary parties may request additional information, which may lead to a delay in processing the transaction. We will do our best to expedite these requests, however, we can not be held responsible for any delays that may arise.
