If you're using the DBS USD Account
You can expect your transfer to be initiated within 1-2 business days of receiving your request via the transfer request forms if all details are in order.
Transfers typically take another 3-5 business days via the SWIFT network to reach the beneficiary. Please expect delays if you have not provided sufficient information in the transfer request form such as the purpose of the transaction, or any supporting documentation.

If you're using The Currency Cloud Limited Account
An estimated time of arrival (ETA) of your transaction will be displayed in-app once the transaction has been initiated successfully.
Please refer to the below table for reference timings* based on payment methods:

Additional time on top of the above if FX (conversion) involved |

If your transfer has not been received by your beneficiary for more than 7 days, please reach out to us, and we will be happy to assist you in tracing your funds.
