How do I replace a virtual card?

Replacing a card can be done at any time by an Admin user.

When you replace a card, it will automatically deactivate the previous card but remain within the same settings/budget you had already set.

Sometimes you will do this when someone else might know the card details, or you want to change the card details.

To replace a card, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Cards on the left-hand side, under SPEND.
  2. Select the card you would like to Replace
  3. Select 🔒 Security Options
  4. Select Replace
  5. Click on the reason why
  6. Click Proceed
  7. This card is now Replaced with a new number
