How do I replace a virtual card?
Replacing a card can be done at any time by an Admin user.
When you replace a card, it will automatically deactivate the previous card but remain within the same settings/budget you had already set.
Sometimes you will do this when someone else might know the card details, or you want to change the card details.
To replace a card, follow these steps:
- Click on Cards on the left-hand side, under SPEND.
- Select the card you would like to Replace
- Select 🔒 Security Options
- Select Replace
- Click on the reason why
- Click Proceed
- This card is now Replaced with a new number
