How do I delete saved recipient details?

Account details of the customers you transferred to will be saved under the "Recipients" List.

To delete a recipient record:

  • Via Desktop 
    1. Go to "Directory" on the lower left 
    2. Click "Recipients"
    3. Search for the recipient record you want to delete
    4. Click the three-dotted button located on the right side of their name
5. Hit the "Delete" button
  • Via Mobile App
    1. Click "Menu" on the lower part of the page
    2. Scroll down to the Directory section
    3. Click "Recipients"
    4. Search for the recipient record you want to delete
    5. Click the three-dotted button located on the right side of their name

  • 6. Hit the "Delete" button

Only Admin & Finance Roles can delete recipient records. Editing a recipient record has yet to be made available. We suggest you delete the existing record and create a new one with their updated details.
